Our strategy will be to invest in single family and small multi-family properties, located in cities and neighborhoods capable of producing the leasing rates and anticipated appreciation needed to meet our financial goals per each property. Investment opportunities abound in the greater Houston area. Our primary focus will be on, but not limited to, northern Harris County and southern Montgomery County. This will include
the cities of Spring, Tomball, the Woodlands, Humble, Magnolia, Cypress and Conroe. Economic outlook for this region indicates positive growth in both population and jobs. It also has seen excellent history of home appreciation over the last few years.

A key element of our strategy will be to identify sellers, in these targeted areas, facing
lender or other pressures that require them to sell in a shorten time span, for a discount
below market price. We will select properties where there is potential for us to add value
to the investment. We need to be prepared with available capital to close quickly and
position ourselves to purchase the right properties at the right price. We are actively
seeking investors to partner with us on a financial level, to achieve our best opportunity
for growth.
Following acquisition, depending on the exit strategy anticipated for each property, each unit will go through some level of renovation, remediation to enhance its’ value and held for long term leasing or owner financing. Selected units will be sold retail or wholesaled to other investors to enhance cash flow within the business. All investment property held will be managed in-house with management goals of preserving and enhancing the value of our portfolio, with particular emphasis on maintaining each property's ability to attract and retain quality tenants. We feel this approach will produce higher rental rates, lower vacancy rates, improve our targeted neighborhoods overall and produce the highest return on investment possible.
